Dr. Carla’s keynote and workshop on images of women and girls in hip hop and self-worth reached hundreds of girls at the Eve’s Circle Conference in Montgomery, AL.
I am an educator, life coach, and girls' empowerment expert dedicated to inspiring young women and girls to make healthy choices, discover their true worth, and achieve their greatest potential. I have worked extensively to promote health, social justice, media literacy, HIV prevention, gender-based violence prevention, youth activism, leadership, and empowerment among women, youth, girls, communities of color, and their advocates. I offer consulting, workshops, keynotes, webinars, teleseminars, and private and group coaching in my Atlanta office and by phone/Skype/Internet.
