Dr. Carla specializes in helping young women and girls develop healthy, happy, respectful and rewarding relationships with themselves and others. She provides tools and strategies that empower girls to make positive choices in their lives and successfully navigate the daily challenges of adolescence despite societal, peer, and media pressures.
I am an educator, life coach, and girls' empowerment expert dedicated to inspiring young women and girls to make healthy choices, discover their true worth, and achieve their greatest potential. I have worked extensively to promote health, social justice, media literacy, HIV prevention, gender-based violence prevention, youth activism, leadership, and empowerment among women, youth, girls, communities of color, and their advocates. I offer consulting, workshops, keynotes, webinars, teleseminars, and private and group coaching in my Atlanta office and by phone/Skype/Internet.
