How do I book a speaking engagement with Dr. Carla?

Please send the details of your proposed event by submitting the online speaker request form. Please send your request as soon as possible.  Dr. Carla’s schedule fills quickly and she has limited availability for travel outside of Atlanta, GA.

What are Dr. Carla’s fees?

Dr. Carla’s fees are customized for each event depending on the specific request and requirements.  Her fee structure includes various options to fit different budgets. We will provide additional details and discuss your needs and budget after you submit the speaker request form.

How Much are Travel Expenses?

We offer all-inclusive packages, which include Dr. Carla’s speaking fee + all of the travel expenses including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, meals, etc. (rates vary depending on location).  This makes it easier for both parties because you will receive one invoice and we will not have to keep track of numerous receipts and record keeping requirements, etc. If your school/group requires alternate arrangements, please let us know when you submit the speaker request form.

Can Dr. Carla Hold an Event Date?

A deposit (50% of the speaking fee and travel fee) is required prior to the event to secure the date, guarantee Dr. Carla’s participation, and release her publicity photos and bio for promotional purposes in association with the scheduled presentation. If Dr. Carla is available for your event, the deposit and signed contract must be received a minimum of 30 business days before the scheduled presentation(s) to allow sufficient time for planning, making travel arrangements, processing, discussing the details of the event, and preparing the customized presentation(s). The remainder of the speaking fee and travel fee is due in full 15 business days before the scheduled presentation(s).
